Holidays are over and Winter has set in here in Suburban Detroit. We are looking forward to a great transition to Spring. We have had a better than average snowfall season so far. It's been great for building snowmen in the front yard or just playing in the back. Our oldest daughter has the greatest time outside, takes after her dad. We have had some great weather and will anticipate the snow for later in the week so we can get out and play again in the snow.
The home is still for sale now and we are at 369,900 plus a $1000 dollar buyers incentive for the person who brings our buyer to the closing table. You will feel right at home in this 3000 sq ft plus home. Basement is finished with lots of storage. We even had a christmas tree in the basement this year. Made cleanup after the Christmas holiday a lot easier.
