day 6

Exhausted!!!

Had the open house/ garage sale on Sunday. It was a gloomy day but we still managed to sell a lot of stuff.
We had 4 people walk through the house. I base my success rate pretty differently than Good Morning America. I spent time with 3 people that may be interested in our home. I would discount the first couple since they need a ranch. I am tired and will now go to sleep. have a great day ,
