I took a look at your house on findmyroof.com and thought you might want to know that the link to your house on Google maps is broken. You need to leave the "Township" off of the link . . . (As a web designer, a little tiger tidbit - always check your links after you post something). ;)
Although I live in Michigan, I was looking at what YOU did because I need to sell my mother's house in Detroit. She recently moved in with me. The longer the house stays there, the more stress she is under. I don't know how hopeful it will be to sell, as I simply don't have time to even clean out her house between working and making modifications to my home to accommodate her needs.
Best of luck to you and hang in there! I love Michigan, but it sure is a tough economy here.

I saw your home on GMA and I really got some good ideas on how to sell my home. I have been having garage sales/private open houses since September. Now, I'm ready to list my Harrison Twp. home on the internet thanks to your blogs. I'll be praying for your success.

The verbage hasn't been a huge concern. I would think that with only one 1000 dollar reward if more than one person comes forward they will be splitting the money.
